Jailbreaking Spinach Cheesesteak

Join Carina from the Netherlands and me as we cook together via zoom and make this yummy and very keto spinach cheesesteak with parmesan cheese!


  • Portabello mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 oz deli roast beef
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese


  • Sauté mushrooms, onions, butter, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
  • Add spinach.
  • Stir until the spinach is wilted
  • Add chopped deli roast beef
  • Mix well and add fresh shredded parmesan cheese
