Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Mousse

Berries are my go-to in the fruit section of the grocery store. I LOVE fresh blueberries especially when they are in season.  Whip up a batch of this cheesecake mousse as a topping for a sweet treat whenever you want!  

This serves 2. Only 1 carb! Great dessert alone or over berries. 

  • 8 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp whipped Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 3 packets of Splenda (or another sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • fresh berries
Beat on high speed all the above ingredients in a mixer for about 3-4 minutes or until it peaks like whipped cream.
