This is a very simple and tasty, low-carb meal. You know rarely follow directions in a recipe because I believe everyone should use their own creativity and change things up as they like. Here are the basics of my Stir Fry Shrimp & Spinach.
- Sauté tomato, onion, garlic, and oregano in butter.
- Add mushrooms
- Add balsamic vinegar, shrimp, salt, and pepper.
- Add spinach and wilt.
- Add Parmesan cheese to the top.
- Stir and serve
