This keto bread is very easy to make. The basic recipe is below, but it shouldn’t stop there. Get creative and add fresh herbs such as rosemary, chives, or even oregano. Add some toasted sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning to the top.
90 Second Keto Bread:
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Butter the bottom and sides of a small microwave-safe bowl, or coffee cup. Add all ingredients and mix until smooth. Microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool. Slice in half. (I toasted after for a little crunch)
** It tastes a lot like cornbread because of the texture, but very good.
